Since 1950, Fei Fah operated as a Chinese medical hall in the heart of Singapore Chinatown - 155 South Bridge Road. Fei Fah was very well-known as the corner medical shop serving many overseas Chinese around the region, seamen, as well as the local community of Singapore.

Fei Fah's trademark was registered in 1974 after the founding of Fei Fah Electric Medibalm in 1970. Mr. Loh Yung Chai, a physician and founder of Fei Fah, developed Fei Fah Electric Medibalm, the first product manufactured by Fei Fah.

Since 1998, Fei Fah has developed strong brand names to build up a new but highly effective range of healthcare and beauty products to consumers. Fei Fah mission statement is therefore, to be the top international brand in healthcare and beauty products by heeding and fulfilling consumers' needs and preferences.

Fei Fah's vision is to establish a strong hold in markets like Singapore, USA, Norway, Sweden, Malaysia, Brunei, Papua New Guinea, Australia and Hong Kong while setting sight on Mainland China, Taiwan, Korea and Middle east. Fei Fah will also continue to pay special attention on research and development of new and existing manufactured products.

Fei Fah uses semi-automation to manufacture its products. The machine production does all the work from the blending to the congealing and then labeling and capping of the work in progress. When production exceeds full capacity, Fei Fah plans to subcontract the production to appointed GMP factory located in each regional market that specializes in the production of external analgesic products.

Since 1999, Fei Fah has branched out its operations to Hong Kong mainly to market and develop Fei Fah's products further after exporting the products to its Hong Kong agent for more than 10 years. Since Hong Kong is a window to China, the operation in Hong Kong aims to make a strong and reliable connection in China. Fei Fah also plans to set up another overseas operation in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia by 2007 to tap into a bigger market next to Singapore.
